The most successful private clubs are those built around the foundation of enduring relationships and social camaraderie between friends and associates. With that in mind, we are embarking on a campaign in which we are asking our current members to assist us in identifying those individuals whom they feel will properly embrace the culture and tradition of our Club and personally invite them to join. While we are proud of our golf course and club facilities, it is the people that create the experience. Now more than ever, the value of connection and a sense of community is something that our members value and share with friends and colleagues. By receiving this invitation, you are invited to participate in our “Discover Butte Creek Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative and become a part of our Club family. You will have the opportunity to preview the club for 12 months, without the up-front commitment of paying the initiation fee. However, if you make the decision to convert to full membership and secure your initiation fee within the first 60 days of your preview relationship, you will enjoy a convenient staged payment schedule for your initiation fee payment and up to $720 in monthly credits over 12 months, depending on the category of membership in which you are approved. We have enclosed all the documents you will need to become a member of Butte Creek Country Club within this exclusive invitation packet. Where Membership Becomes Family Founded in 1962, Butte Creek Country Club has long been recognized as one of the finest private clubs in the North Valley. Butte Creek has an 18-hole championship golf course that is enjoyable for all levels of play. The course is lined with gorgeous oak trees, and the layout is forgiving for golfers of all ability levels. Our state-of-the-art practice facilities include a full grass driving range, the largest short game facility in the area, and a putting green. In addition, Butte Creek has a full-service restaurant that offers a fine dining experience for members and their guests. Members and accompanied guests can enjoy a variety of social events, golf tournaments, bocce, Kids’ Club, junior golf programs, and more. Here at Butte Creek Country Club, there’s something for everyone!

The Finest Golf Experience in the Area Built in 1962, golf course architect Bob E. Baldock’s design is framed by mature Valley Oak and Redwood trees. This traditional parkland layout offers favorable fairways and dynamic green complexes promoting an enjoyable golf experience. Five sets of teeing areas provide great variety for men, women, and junior golfers of all playing levels. Robber’s Gulch meanders naturally through the property adding subtle water elements to the design and compliments the North Valley setting of our club. We hope you enjoy the Butte Creek Golfing Experience! Practice Park Adjacent to the clubhouse and first tee, the Butte Creek Practice Park offers members the ability to warm up for their round or work through a full practice session. The full length driving range is accompanied by a putting green and short game area. Member Clubs & Events Our Women’s Club, Men’s Club, and Senior Men’s Club offer all types of competition for Butte Creek members. Whether it is our weekly Ladies’ Day, our Annual Men’s Invitational, or the Player of the Year Tournament, we have an event for you!

Bocce We have two regulation-size bocce courts as an amenity for our members to enjoy. Members can participate in our Bocce Leagues and compete to win a Champions Dinner for the entire team. Social Events From annual wine dinners to large quarterly events with live music, we make sure that all the members of your family have an event to attend. Kids’ Club Kids’ Club is a great opportunity for our members to bring their children to have fun with their friends, enjoy age-appropriate activities, and give their parents some adult time in the restaurant or at social events. “Discover Butte Creek Country Club ” Preview Membership Initiative (September 9, 2022 through August 31, 2023)

Preview Butte Creek Country Club We would like you to experience, first-hand, everything we have to offer at Butte Creek Country Club. Our goal is to prove you belong here and we will do everything we can to make you feel right at home. You will have the privilege of “ previewing ” the Club for 12 consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your Preview Relationship Term, the only responsibility you have will be the dues and charges applicable to the category of membership in which you are approved. If you decide to purchase your membership within 60 days of application, you will enjoy the ability to make staged payments and monthly credits for 12 months.

Welcome to the Club As a way to welcome you into the Club, you will have the opportunity to enjoy monthly credits to your Club account for 12 months. The monthly credits may be utilized throughout the Club for all amenities and services, including reducing your monthly dues obligation! Credits to New Members (Credits will begin upon the payment of the initiation fee)

Additional Information #1. A potential new Member receiving this exclusive invitation from a referring Member must follow the normal procedures of joining Butte Creek Country Club; i.e., submitting all required admission documents and approval by the Club. #2. Upon payment of the applicable current initiation fee within 60 days of application by the new Member, both the sponsoring Member and new Member will begin to enjoy applicable monthly credits, subject to the category of membership in which the new Member is approved.

All Good Things Must Come to an End On August 31, 2023, the “ Discover Butte Creek Country Club ” Preview Membership Initiative and all associated benefits will conclude.

Golf Memberships, subject to membership classifications, provide access to all Club amenities including our championship 18-hole course and practice areas, bocce courts, pickleball/tennis courts (coming soon), social events, clubhouse dining, banquet rooms, and all other clubhouse facilities. Membership Opportunities Family Membership includes a significant other and children 24 and under who live within the same household. Membership includes access to all amenities the Club offers. A Single Membership is designed for one individual, deemed as a non-married person with no children.
