Experience The Racquet Club of Philadelphia

The Racquet Club of Philadelphia uniquely offers world-class racquet sports and a full complement of social activities in an historic and inviting setting. Our diverse, multi-generational membership is an open community that shares a camaraderie fostered through athletic competition and social gathering.

Greetings from The Racquet Club of Philadelphia. Founded in 1889, The Racquet Club of Philadelphia is one of the oldest and most respected athletic clubs in the world. We strive to provide both members and guests with the highest standard of service each day; it has been a point of pride for over 133 years. The most successful private clubs are those built on the foundation of enduring relationships and social camaraderie between friends and associates. With that in mind, we are embarking on a campaign in which we are asking our current members to hand select individuals whom they feel will properly embrace the culture and tradition of our Club and extend an invitation to invite them to join. We are very excited about the opportunity to showcase all we have to offer to you. By receiving this personal invitation, you are invited to participate in our “Discover The Racquet Club of Philadelphia” Preview Membership Initiative, giving you the opportunity to experience one of the finest private clubs in the area. The preview opportunity allows you to experience our extraordinary Club without the payment of an upfront entrance fee, with the obligation of committing to a preview membership term for 12 consecutive months (applicable dues, fees and charges will apply). While you will have the opportunity to continue your membership beyond the preview term by paying the entrance fee payment in full, we want to give you a compelling reason to secure our membership earlier. If you secure your membership within the first 60 days of membership, you will be able to enjoy a convenient payment plan for your entrance fee payment and monthly credits to your Club account totaling up to $1,440, based on the category of membership in which you are approved. Included within this packet, you will find all the information you will need to begin the process of joining our Club family. If you would like to accept this invitation, please complete and return the Application for Membership and Preview Relationship Agreement to the Club office. If you have any questions, or would like to set up a private tour of our Club facilities, please contact David Wright, Membership & Marketing Director, at (215) 772-1555 or membership@rcop.com. We look forward to welcoming you into our Club family.

Sincerely,

Board of Governors The Racquet Club of Philadelphia
