We offer our members an 18 hole championship course, practice facilities, swimming pool, dining and active social programming which makes for their own private retreat! Choosing to become part of our club family is a decision that will lead to a lifetime of cherished memories and enduring friendships. Our “ Merced Golf & Country Club Centennial Initiative ” allows you to experience our extraordinary club without the payment of an up-front initiation by simply committing to a Preview Membership Term for 12 consecutive months (applicable dues and charges will apply). While you will have the opportunity to continue your membership beyond the preview term by paying the initiation fee payment in full, we want to give you compelling reasons to secure your membership earlier. If you secure your membership within the first 60 days of the Preview Term or by August 31, 2026, whichever occurs first, you may pay your initiation fee with a convenient payment plan and monthly credits to your club account based on the category of membership in which you are approved. Test Drive Merced Golf & Country Club! When you consider purchasing a car you most certainly want to drive it for the weekend before making your final buying decision! We are proud to offer you a similar “test drive” opportunity as it pertains to joining Merced Golf & Country Club. You are being offered the privilege of “Previewing” the club for twelve consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your twelve-month Preview Relationship Term the only responsibility you have will be the monthly dues and charges applicable to your category of membership. If you purchase your membership within 60 days of your Preview Term or before August 31, 2026, whichever occurs first, you will enjoy staged initiation fee payments and applicable monthly credits to your club account. 50% Golf Dues With Full Privileges We recognize that the kick-off of our marketing initiative is beginning late in the 2025 golf season. We acknowledge that our golf weather, from October 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026, will have its challenges. We don’t want new member prospects to wait until Spring of 202 6 to join Merced Golf & Country Club. So, as a significant financial incentive, all new Golf members will enjoy a 50% reduced dues (operational and capital) structure until May 1, 2026. On May 1 st , 2026 all Golf members will begin to pay the monthly dues (operational and capital) associated with their applicable membership category.

Privileges and Limitations During Preview Relationship Term. During my Preview Relationship Term, I shall be entitled to the use of the Club facilities and involvement in all Club activities (excluding certain Club events as determined by Merced Golf & Country Club) and usage privileges in the category of membership in which I am approved. Additionally, I understand my Preview Relationship is not transferable or refundable. 5. Mutual Agreement . I have been invited to Preview the Club, but my acceptance as a new Member is dependent on both my interest in joining and the Club completing its customary membership approval process, to its satisfaction, including approval. 6 . Merced Golf & Country Club Bylaws and Rules & Regulations. I agree to be bound by the Merced Golf & Country Club Bylaws and Rules & Regulations as established and may be amended by the Club, from time to time. 7. Revocable Relationship.
