Our “Discover Lochland Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative allows you to experience our extraordinary club without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. You simply commit to a Preview Membership Term of twelve (12) consecutive months (applicable operational dues, capital dues, food & beverage minimums and charges apply). While you will have the opportunity to continue your membership beyond the 12-month Preview Term, by paying the initiation fee payment in full, we want to give you compelling reasons to secure your membership earlier. If you purchase your membership, within the first 60 days of the Preview Period, you will enjoy a Preferred Initiation Fee, a convenient payment plan and twenty-four monthly statement credits to your club account based on the category of membership in which you are approved. Lochland Country Club has been the heart of private club life in Hastings, Nebraska since 1962. Named to honor founder Jim McDonald’s Scottish roots and the two lakes he built on the property, Lochland’s sense of place is unlike anything else in the region. Where the Game Is Played at Its Best

Lochland’s 18-hole championship course stretches 7,043 yards across some of the finest turf in the region. Designed by noted Chicago architect David Gill, the course features meticulously maintained Bluegrass/Rye fairways and T-1 Alpha Bentgrass greens that reward precision and challenge every level of player. Lochland is more than a great round of golf. It is a recognized destination. Named Nebraska PGA Facility of the Year in 2021, the club has hosted a regional USGA Amateur Qualifier, the 2021 Nebraska Amateur Championship, and the Nebraska Mid-Amateur Championship. Whether you are a scratch golfer or just getting started, Lochland has everything you need to grow your game. Professional instruction, custom club fittings, an indoor simulator, and a dedicated youth golf program make this a place where the game is passed down, perfected, and genuinely enjoyed.

Lochland’s pool facility is a summer destination all its own. Featuring zero entry access, a water slide, diving board, and a dedicated baby pool, it is designed for every age and every kind of day. Swimming lessons, water aerobics, pool parties, and the Mile Swim Club keep the energy going all season long. Off the course and away from the water, Lochland’s tennis and pickleball courts offer leagues and programming for players of all skill levels. When the day winds down, Piper’s Bar and Lounge welcomes members with rotating daily menus, evening specials, and the best view in Hastings overlooking the course. Lochland is also one of the premier event venues in the region, with seating for up to 250 guests and full-service included for every booking. Test Drive Lochland Country Club! Seldom does a consumer buy a car without test driving it for the weekend. We have come up with a similar concept with our “Discover Lochland Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative! You are being offered the privilege of “Previewing” (our attempt at a “test drive”) Lochland Country Club for twelve consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your twelve month Preview Relationship Term, the only responsibilities you have will be your operational and capital dues, food & beverage minimums and charges applicable to the category of membership in which you are approved. If you decide to purchase your membership within 60 days of your Preview Term you will enjoy a Preferred Initiation Fee, staged initiation fee payments and applicable monthly credits to your account. That is the “trifecta” of benefits for you to enjoy!

Authorization and Agreement The undersigned hereby confirms that the information provided in this application is true, complete and correct, and authorizes Lochland Country Club (the “Club”), through its representatives, to conduct any inquiry into the undersigned’s financial condition and professional background as it considers necessary and appropriate. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that a membership requires a one year minimum commitment to pay monthly dues from the date listed below. This contract expires one year from the first billing date, assuming all obligations under this agreement have been paid in full. After this one year period, the undersigned’s membership will continue on a month to month basis at the current membership dues pricing unless written documentation for any membership changes is received. If this application is accepted, and the applicant is admitted according to the Club’s formal admission procedures, the undersigned agrees to observe and be bound by the Bylaws and the Rules and Regulations of the Club then in effect, which may be updated from time to time.
