We offer our members 18 holes of championship golf, extensive practice facilities, active social programming, dining, fitness, tennis and pickle ball facilities which, in total, makes for their own private retreat! Our current marketing initiative allows you to experience our extraordinary club without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. You can “test drive” Avondale Golf Club with simply the obligation of committing to a 60 Day Preview Membership Term. This Preview Term will allow you to immerse yourself in everything that Avondale Golf Club has to offer. And, we believe that at the end of your 60 Day Preview Term you will want to stay with us forever! If you purchase your membership, at the conclusion of your 60 Day Preview Term, you will enjoy 1) a reduced initiation fee, 2) a convenient payment plan and 3) twenty-four (24) monthly credits to your club account based on the category of membership in which you are approved. We want you to experience first-hand everything we have to offer at Avondale Golf Club. Our goal is to prove that you belong here and that we will do everything we can to make you feel right at home.

You will have the privilege of “Previewing” the Club, for a sixty day Preview Term, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your Preview Term you will be obligated to the prepaid Preview Relationship Fee (which covers all dues during the 60 day Preview Term) as shown below. Additionally, you will be responsible for any usage charges incurred throughout the Club during your Preview Relationship Term.

Initiation Fees Are Heating Up! While you are enjoying the Club, during your Preview Relationship Term, we want to give you the opportunity to enjoy the lowest possible Preferred Initiation Fee. If you decide to purchase your membership, at the conclusion of the 60-day Preview Relationship Term, you will enjoy the Preferred Initiation Fees as listed on page two. Please note that due to the investments being made by Sierra Golf Management to Avondale Golf Club there are scheduled increases to the initiation fee for each category of membership. As a point of clarification, the initiation fees that are in place, when a new member begins their Preview Term, will be honored by the Club if purchased at the conclusion of the 60 Day Preview Term.

Potential Elimination Of A Portion Of Final Initiation Fee Installment Payment: By purchasing your Full Golf or Young Executive Membership, at the end of your 60 Day Preview Term, you will enjoy an additional financial opportunity, should you decide to participate. By purchasing your membership, before the end of your Preview Term, you will have the ability to eliminate 50% of your final installment payment by successfully sponsoring a new member into the Club before the final installment payment is due and payable. Social Membership Dues With Full Privileges If you buy your membership at the conclusion of your 60 Day Preview Term you will only be obligated to pay Social Member Dues ($275 per month) through October 31, 2025. Beginning November 1, 2025, if not in your 60 Day Preview Term, you shall begin to pay the dues applicable to your desired category of membership. Welcome To the Club As a way to welcome you into the Club, you will have the opportunity to enjoy monthly statement credits to your Club account for 24 months. The monthly statement credits may be utilized throughout the Club for all amenities and services, including reducing your monthly dues obligation! Additional Information As a potential new Member you will be obligated to follow the normal procedures of joining Avondale Golf Club; i.e., submitting all required admission documents and approval by the Club. All Good Things Must Come To An End On May 31, 2026, the “Discover Avondale Golf Club” Preview Membership Initiative and all associated benefits and opportunities will conclude. 8. One time only lifetime participation. I understand that I will have a once only lifetime eligibility to participate in the Preview Program as described herein.

9. Privileges and Limitations During Preview Relationship Term. During my Preview Relationship Term I shall be entitled to the use of the Club facilities and involvement in all Club activities (excluding major Club tournaments/events as determined by the Club) and usage privileges in the category of membership in which I am approved. 10. Avondale Golf Club Policies and Rules and Regulations. I agree to be bound by the Club Policies and Rules and Regulations , including the Club’s resignation policy, as established by the Club. 11. Revocable Relationship. The Club has the absolute right and discretion to revoke my Preview relationship at any time before the Preview Relationship Term (60 days) concludes. If the Club exercises its right, I shall be reimbursed a pro-rata share of my Prepaid Preview Relationship Fee. I will be remain obligated, and promise to pay, all applicable charges incurred through the date on which the Club exercises its right to revoke my membership. 12. Credit Card Authorization for Past Due Accounts Only . I agree to maintain a current credit card account on file with the Club at all times.
