You are invited to participate in the Showcase at Bloomington Country Club Membership Initiative and experience one of the area’s most family-focused private clubs, located right in the heart of Bloomington. You may have heard about our great golf course, but we also enjoy our very popular resort style pool facility, tennis and pickleball facilities and casual and formal dining facilities. There is something for everyone at Bloomington Country Club! Not only will you enjoy up to $1,800 in dues credits, depending on the category of membership in which you are approved. Additionally, you can enjoy a staged payment option for your applicable initiation fee with the ability to spread your payments over your first year of membership. And, that’s not all! Refer to one of your friends or family during your first year of membership and we will waive a portion of your final initiation fee installment (details enclosed). We have enclosed all the documents you will need to become a member of Bloomington Country Club within this exclusive invitation packet. Bloomington Country Club also boasts four outdoor lighted tennis and pickleball courts surrounded by mature trees to baffle the Illinois winds. Numerous club tournaments, ladies play days and drill sessions are held throughout the spring, summer and fall. YOU ARE INVITED TO EXPERIENCE BLOOMINGTON COUNTRY CLUB

We are very excited to introduce our 2024 “Showcase at Bloomington Country Club” Membership Initiative, providing an excellent opportunity to join our Club with valuable incentives, highlighted below!

WHAT BENEFITS CAN I ENJOY?

• STAGED PAYMENTS: You have the opportunity to spread your initiation fee over 12 months by making three equal payments; One-third (1/3) will be due with application, 1/3 due at 6 months and 1/3 due on 1st year anniversary.* • MONTHLY DUES CREDITS: As a way to welcome you to the Club, you will enjoy monthly dues credits totaling up to $1,800 depending on your category of membership.

* REFER A MEMBER AND SAVE EVEN MORE!

If you successfully refer a friend or family member into the Club, during your first year of membership, we will waive a portion of your final initiation fee staged payment equal to 20% of the new member’s initiation fee. For example, if you join as a Full Golf Member (40 & above) the $12,000 initiation fee is payable in three equal payments as follows; $4,000 due with application, the 2nd $4,000 payment will be due on the 6-month anniversary of the initial payment and the final $4,000 payment will be due on the 1 year anniversary. However, if you refer a Full Golf Member (40 & above) at anytime prior to your final payment, we will WAIVE $2,400 of your $4,000 final initiation fee payment which is equal to 20% of the Full Golf Membership initiation fee. BLOOMINGTON COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

A Full Membership entitles the member to all the amenities the Club offers, including unlimited use of the golf course, driving range and indoor practice facility, full use of the tennis and pickleball facilities, swimming pool, and clubhouse, including dining areas, member lounge, locker rooms, and all social events. FULL MEMBERSHIPS AGES 40 & ABOVE Initiation Fee: $12,000 Monthly Dues & Fees: $791 Enjoy a Dues Credit of $100 for 18 Months!

A Sport/Social Membership entitles the member to full use of the tennis and pickleball facilities, swimming pool, clubhouse and access to all dining areas and social events. Golf privileges are limited to five accompanied rounds per year, upon payment of guest fees. SOCIAL/SPORTS MEMBERSHIP SOCIAL/SPORTS MEMBERSHIP Initiation Fee: $6,000 Monthly Dues & Fees: $499 Enjoy a Dues Credit of $60 for 18 Months! A Non-Resident Membership entitles the member to all the amenities the Club offers, including unlimited use of the golf course, driving range and indoor practice facility, full use of the tennis facilities, swimming pool, and clubhouse, including dining areas, member lounge, locker rooms, and all social events. This membership is only available to applicants who reside outside of a 100 mile radius of the courthouse in Bloomington. NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP Initiation Fee: $5,000 Monthly Dues & Fees: $369.50 Enjoy a Dues Credit of $40 for 18 Months!

AGES 35 TO 39 Initiation Fee: $8,000 Monthly Dues & Fees: $639

Enjoy a Dues Credit of $80 for 18 Months!

AGES 21 TO 34 Initiation Fee: $6,000 Monthly Dues & Fees: $499

Enjoy a Dues Credit of $60 for 18 Months!
