Executive Summary

While recent membership growth has strengthened our operational budget (monthly dues), we do not have the capital reserves (initiation fees) on hand to fund a lot of club repairs, replacements and improvements that the Club must address.

Given our positive momentum, the time is now in order to address key infrastructure and club improvement needs.
