Welcome to Lemon Bay Golf Club

Club Rules and Customs

To help ensure a pleasant atmosphere and proper decorum in keeping with that of a traditional family golf club, the Club maintains a strict dress code policy. All people utilizing the Club facilities should be neat, well-groomed and wear clothing appropriate to the function being attended. Dress Code Members are responsible for informing their guests in advance of the Club’s dress code. Ripped, faded, torn or distressed pants of any kind are considered unacceptable attire. Members may wear neatly tailored jeans including denim. Gym shorts, sweatpants, workout attire, and cargo pants or shorts are not permitted in the clubhouse. Absent a medical exception, hats and visors are not to be worn by men in the Clubhouse. Ladies coming in from golf are permitted to wear hats and visors in the Clubhouse. For all dinner events, hats and visors are prohibited. Tee shirts and collarless shirts are not allowed, long-sleeve mock turtlenecks and fashionable women’s tops without collars are allowed. Shoes or dress sandals must always be worn in the Clubhouse. Golf and other polo style shirts must be tucked in. Shirts specifically designed to be untucked (without tails) are acceptable. Women’s tops are not required to be tucked in. All shirts and tops should be long enough to cover the belt line when at rest.

Cell phone use is not permitted in Club Dining rooms and the lounge. If it is necessary for you or your guest to have a cellular phone available, please have it set on “vibrate” and turn the ringer off. Please move to a private area of the club or outside to take calls. Cell Phone Usage
