We are embarking on a campaign in which we are asking our current members to hand select individuals whom they feel will properly embrace the culture and tradition of our Club and extend an invitation to invite them to join. Founded in 1898, the Youngstown Country Club has been a home away from home for its Members and their families for over 125 years! One of the oldest golf clubs in the country (founded just 10 years after golf arrived in the US) , we have evolved and expanded our amenities to meet the needs of today’s member and their families. With one of the most respected golf courses in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania, our members enjoy a course that combines history and tradition creating a golf experience that everyone can enjoy. While golf takes center stage, we offer much more than just a great golf course. We feature multiple dining options, along with a pool facility, tennis, and one of the best skeet and trap complexes in the area. If you and your family are looking for your own private retreat, close to home, Youngstown Country Club gives you year round activities to keep your family healthy, active and happy! The preview opportunity allows you to experience our extraordinary Club without the payment of an upfront initiation fee, with the obligation of committing to a preview membership term for 12 consecutive months (applicable dues, fees and charges will apply). While you will have the opportunity to continue your membership beyond the preview term by paying the initiation fee payment in full, we want to give you a compelling reason to secure your membership earlier. If you secure your membership within the first 60 days of membership, you will enjoy a preferred initiation fee, a convenient payment plan for your initiation fee payment and credits to your Club account for as much as $70 per month through December 31, 2025 (based on the category of membership in which you are approved)! Founded in 1898, just 10 years after golf was introduced in the United States from Scotland, The Youngstown Country Club is one of the finest and oldest premier private country clubs in America. The “Dean of all Clubs” has preserved a position of eminence in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania as a facility that offers members and guests with an elegant experience rooted in a history with a tradition of excellence. The Youngstown Country Club offers the pleasures of golf, swimming, tennis and dining at your leisure. We are also one of the only clubs in this area to offer platform tennis, skeet, and trap. Simply Perfect Golf One of the Finest in the Land

The Youngstown Country Club course, built in 1911 by Walter J. Travis, then upgraded in 1921 by Donald Ross, is demanding but fair. Contoured fairways with subtle undulations, heavy but well cropped roughs of blue grass, strategically placed bunkers, a meandering creek and growing tree lines that also come into play make every round a challenge for golfers at every level. The Youngstown Country Club features one of Northern Ohio’s finest golf venues. At times the Club has hosted the Ohio Open Championship, the Western Open, the Women’s Ohio Amateur Championship, an LPGA Open Qualifier, and a Men’s U.S. Open Qualifier.

Tennis Courts Featuring tennis courts for competitive or recreational play as well as one of the areas only platform tennis court areas, players of all skill levels are encouraged to utilize the facilities and “serve up” some fun. The four lighted Har Tru tennis courts are an integral part of summer activities. An easy walk from the main clubhouse and swimming pool, the tennis grounds give players a nice secluded feel as it is surrounded by a myriad of beautiful, mature trees. Experience the Lifestyle Much More than Great Golf Skeet and Trap Shooting Though sometimes called its best-kept secret, skeet and trap shooting has a long and distinguished tradition at the Youngstown Country Club. The tree-lined backdrop and exposure to brilliant sunlight at various times of the day and year test the mettle of even the most skillful shooter. New shooters are always welcome and may use a club shotgun to get a feel for the game. Two heated, lighted platform tennis courts with a warming hut are available during the winter.

Swimming Swimming at The Youngstown Country Club pool is geared toward making summer at The Club a relaxing, yet exciting place! The pool is especially geared toward families with children, featuring a 6-lane, 25 yard pool with 3-1/2 to 10 feet depths. There is also a separate kiddie pool with its own filtration. With an atmosphere where even the youngest swimmers feel safe and welcome, where the teenagers can learn and have fun and where adults can relax and enjoy the summer - The Youngstown Country Club pool is the place to be! Described as “a room with a view,” the Terrace Room faces the practice putting green and the 1st and 10th tees of the course. It is flanked by two patios for cocktails and dining. The Clubhouse The crown of The Youngstown Country Club is its magnificent clubhouse. Captivating in both size and style, inside and out, the clubhouse is a perfect setting offering luxury and elegance in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The lobby of the clubhouse has private seating areas flanked by two, open hearth fireplaces. This Tudor-style clubhouse hosts facilities that include a beautiful Ball Room for large affairs, a warm and friendly Cocktail Lounge, the East Lounge for small receptions, an elegant Formal Dining Room and a sporty basement Grille Room.

Associate Membership Available to individuals who are in good standing at another country club agreed upon by the YCC Board of Directors. All applicants must prove full membership in a reciprocal club. An Associate Member provides full access to all of the Club’s facilities and amenities, including golf, swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis, skeet, trap shooting, dining, and all social related events and activities. Initiation Fee: $2,500 Preferred Initiation Fee: $750 Annual Dues: $2,500

Business Membership (NEW) Allows a company the right to assign one Primary Member who will be a Full Member with full privileges of the Club to include golf, dining, pool, social, skeet privileges and voting rights. The Primary Member can then assign additional designees who are company directors, officers, employees or partners to have access to the golf course, practice facilities and food and beverage operation. The Preview option is not available for Business Memberships. Membership includes up to 100 rounds of golf which are shared between the Primary Member and additional designees. Designees may bring guests with the payment of green fees and cart fees. Additional designees will enjoy weekday golf privileges, with no time limitations. Additional Designees shall have limited golf privileges after 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Additional Designees are not members, but rather designated users who will have use of the club’s golf practice facilities and dining privileges limited to the days golf is played only. Additional designees have no voting rights.

Preview and Discover Youngstown Country Club We would like you to experience, first-hand, everything we have to offer at Youngstown Country Club. Our goal is to prove that you belong here and that we will do everything we can to make you feel right at home. You will have the privilege of “previewing” the Club for twelve consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your twelve-month Preview Relationship Term, the only responsibility you have will be the dues and charges applicable to the category of membership in which you are approved. If you decide to purchase your membership within 60 days of application or August 31, 2024, whichever occurs first, you will enjoy a preferred initiation fee, staged initiation fee payments and applicable monthly credits to your account.
