Thank you for your interest in membership at Wampanoag Country Club. 2023 has been an exciting year at Wampanoag Country Club as we have finished one of the largest facility enhancement projects in our Club’s history. We have enjoyed considerable membership growth over the past 12 months and are now in a waitlist position for Golf Membership. It is clear that Wampanoag Country Club is the place to be for families who are seeking a first-class and FUN private retreat right here in West Hartford. With that said we want to clearly outline our wait list procedures which will allow you to enjoy our Social and Dining privileges until an opening exists in your applicable Golf Membership category. - Applicants for Golf Membership are placed on the waitlist based on the date of membership approval and receipt of the applicable initiation fee. The sooner you join the waitlist, the sooner you will be able to secure a Golf Membership and enjoy current pricing levels. - Applicants for Golf Membership will join as a Social Member (awaiting Golf). Social Membership initiation fee is required with the option of paying the applicable Golf Membership initiation fee if desired. Applicable Social privileges will be afforded while on the wait list. - Once an opening exists, the first person on the wait list will be able to convert to the applicable Golf Membership and pay the difference between the initiation fee paid to join the waitlist, and the current Golf Membership initiation fee for the category in which they are approved. By receiving this invitation, you are invited to apply for membership into Wampanoag Country Club. We have enclosed all the documents you will need to become a member of Wampanoag Country Club within this exclusive invitation packet.
