The historic VCC golf course, originally carved from the South Georgia woodlands of the former Cherokee Plantation, has been recently restored and renovated. The redesigned course now features a Bill Bergin-designed 18-hole layout, a six-hole par-three short course, a full short game area, and a state-of-the-art practice range. The renovation included new greens, fairways, bunkers, irrigation, and cart paths, creating a completely refreshed playing experience. The Pro Shop offers the latest in golf equipment and sportswear, supported by a knowledgeable and friendly professional staff. Services include club fitting, limited club repair, regripping, spike replacement, and access to the GHIN handicap system. VCC is also a Titleist-certified facility, ensuring high quality club fitting and customization.
