With 18 holes of golf, active social programming, dining, tennis, fitness and pool facilities, the club provides its members and guests with a safe, affordable private retreat, close to home! Our “Discover Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative allows you to experience our extraordinary club without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. You simply commit to a Preview Membership Term of twelve (12) consecutive months (applicable dues and charges apply). While you will have the opportunity to continue your membership beyond the 12-month Preview Term, by paying the initiation fee payment in full, we want to give you compelling reasons to secure your membership earlier. If you purchase your membership, within the first 60 days of the Preview Period, you will enjoy a Preferred Initiation Fee, a convenient payment plan and statement credits to your club account through December 31, 2027, based on the category of membership in which you are approved. Twin Lakes got its start in the late 1960’s as an integral part of a planned community. The front nine opened in 1967 and the course was completed two years later with the opening of the back nine. The golf course is well known and recognized for its challenging blend of holes, sweeping Puget Sound views, and superb greens. The course is open and playable year-round. Our Professional golf staff is always available to help you take your game to the next level, with individual and group instructional opportunities. We also have a fully stocked golf shop featuring the latest in equipment and apparel for men, ladies and junior golfers.

Facilities include an elegant dining room overlooking the 9th hole, a comfortable lounge, and a large banquet room available for wedding receptions and private parties of up to 250 people. With indoor and outdoor casual dining, you can relax and unwind with friends and family. Test Drive Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club! Seldom does a consumer buy a car without test driving it for the weekend. We have come up with a similar concept with our “Discover Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative! You are being offered the privilege of “Previewing” (our attempt at a “test drive”) Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club for twelve consecutive months, without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During your twelve-month Preview Relationship Term, the only responsibilities you have will be your monthly dues and charges applicable to the category of membership in which you are approved. If you decide to purchase your membership within 60 days of your Preview Term you will enjoy a Preferred Initiation Fee, staged initiation fee payments and applicable monthly credits to your account. That is the “trifecta” of benefits for you to enjoy!

3. Privileges and Limitations During Preview Relationship Term. During my Preview Relationship Term I shall be entitled to the use of the Club facilities and involvement in all Club activities (excluding certain Club events as determined by Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club) and usage privileges in the category of membership in which I am approved. 4. Mutual Agreement . I have been invited to Preview the Club, but my acceptance as a new Member is dependent on both my interest in joining and the Club completing its customary membership approval process, per the Bylaws, to its satisfaction, including approval. 5 . Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. I agree to be bound by the Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club Bylaws and Rules and Regulations as established and may be amended by the Club, from time to time. 6. Revocable Relationship. The Club has the absolute right and discretion to revoke my Preview Relationship at any time before the Preview Relationship Term (12 months) concludes. If the Club exercises its right, I remain obligated and promise to pay all applicable dues and all charges incurred through the date on which the Club exercises its right to revoke my membership.

Acknowledgments and Signature If my application is accepted by the Membership Committee and approved by the Board of Trustees, I hereby agree to the monthly assessment of dues and other charges as may be established by the Board of Trustees. I understand that the dues may be increased by the Board of Trustees at any time.
