Due to the success this membership initiative has generated this summer, we have decided to keep the positive momentum going until we achieve our goal of a full Golf Membership! We are getting very close to that goal and will give a 14-day advance announcement that the program will be ending. By receiving this personal invitation, you are invited to participate in the “ 90 Day Preview ” Membership Initiative, giving you the opportunity to preview the Club and experience one of the most family-oriented private clubs in the Houston area. The preview opportunity allows you to join the Club without the payment of an upfront initiation fee, with the obligation of committing to a 90 day preview relationship (applicable dues and an Application fee will apply). You will also be able to lock-in our current initiation fee pricing should you choose to convert your Membership at any-time on or before the 90-day preview term concludes. We anticipate that our initiation fees will continue to increase as we move closer to a full golf Membership position. Additionally, you will enjoy a spending credit of up to $2,500 once you convert to full Membership on or before the final day of your 90-day preview term, depending on the category of Membership in which you are approved. Tennis & Pickleball

If Tennis or Pickleball is your game, Royal Oaks features five hard courts including a Stadium Court done in the US Open blue and green color scheme and two Hydro Grid clay courts, all built independently, to give you the feel of playing on your own private court and four shared Pickleball courts. We offer Tennis programming for men, women and children to include weekly clinics, tennis academies and a wide array of social events and tournaments for tennis and pickleball.

Junior Programming

At Royal Oaks, we have redefined Club life for families and children which includes an extensive calendar full of Junior Boot Camps, Swim Team, Summer Camps, Junior Tennis Academies, and the best Junior Golf Program in Houston led by an experienced team of PGA professionals. We are proud to be the only facility in Houston that delivers the Operation 36 Golf Coaching Program designed to progress Junior golfers of all abilities ages 3 to 18, towards shooting par (score of 36) or better for 9 holes. Players train in small groups and work together to improve their games while having a lot of fun in the process.

Our 45,000-square-foot Clubhouse, nestled among the towering palm trees and lush landscaping, is the hub for all social activities. “90 -Day Preview ” Membership Initiative

We Are Nearing A Full Membership Position – The Last Push! Our “Summer Preview ” Program has been an extraordinary success for Royal Oaks Country Club. We have welcomed over 40 quality new member families into the Club! Due to that success, and the fact that we are very close to a full Golf membership, the Board of Directors has chosen to extend the 90-Day Preview Initiative. The 90-Day Preview Membership Initiative will be extended until we achieve our goal of a full Golf membership. The Club will give a “14 -day Announcement” when the 90 -Day Preview Membership Initiative will conclude. We want to be fair to all individuals who are interested in becoming a member of Royal Oaks Country Club so we will make an official announcement of when we are within just a few memberships sales from full. Invite Your Friends & Enjoy A Spending Credit For Each New Member! We encourage all of our members to share their personalized invitation packet with individuals for whom they feel would be quality members of Royal Oaks Country Club. We would also like to extend our “thank you” to Members who successfully refer new Members into the Club during the “ 90-Day Preview ” Membership Initiative. As such, each referring Member will have the opportunity to enjoy a spending credit equal to the applicable credit for each new Member they have referred into membership. The credit will be given following payment of the Preferred Initiation Fee by the new member on or before the conclusion of their 90-day Preview Relationship Term. Preview and Discover Royal Oaks Country Club We would like your friends to experience first-hand everything we have to offer at Royal Oaks Country Club. Our goal is to prove to your friends and associates that they belong here and that we will do everything we can to make them feel right at home. Prospective new Members will have the privilege of Previewing Royal Oaks Country Club for 90 days without the payment of an up-front initiation fee. During their Preview Relationship Term, they will be obligated to the prepaid Preview Application Fee in the amount of $1,500 for each category of membership. While new prospective Members are enjoying the Club during their Preview Relationship term, we want to give them an opportunity to enjoy our current initiation fee. If they decide to purchase their membership on or before the final day of their 90-day Preview Relationship Term, they will enjoy the Current Initiation Fees as listed below. Individuals who have paid their 90-day prepaid Preview Application Fee will have the opportunity to “lock - in” current initiation fees during their Preview Relationship Term (we anticipate initiation fees will continue to increase as we move closer to a full membership). If the initiation fee for their category of membership increases during the Preview Relationship term, they will not have to pay the higher initiation fee.

*The $55,000 Initiation Fee for Equity Golf Membership will be reduced to $51,000 if paid in full within the first 90 days of membership.

Additionally, by purchasing their membership on or before the 90-day Preview Relationship Term concludes, members will enjoy a staged payment option as follows:

1/3 due on or before the 90 th day, 1/3 due on first anniversary of joining and 1/3 due on second anniversary of joining

The $1,500 Application Fee will be applied to the first staged payment if paid within the first 90 days

Welcome To the Club As a way to welcome your friends into the Club, all new Members will have the opportunity to enjoy spending credits which may be used on goods and services at the Club. To enjoy these spending credits the new member must make their first initiation fee installment payment to the Club on or before the 90 th day of their Preview Relationship Term.
