Oakwood Country Club is proud of our championship course that boasts one of the most unique designs in Kansas City. Oakwood Members enjoy the exclusivity and convenience of no tee times and a round of golf takes less than 4 hours, giving Members plenty of time for family and other daily activities.

Our Golf Performance Center offers golf simulators, heated golf bays and a truly unique atmosphere for teaching pros to offer the highest quality instruction to our golf members and golfers from all over our community.

In combination with our completed renovations to the golf course, our range complex includes a 350 yard driving range with target greens, a state of the art Trackman radar system that covers the entire range to allow for high tech analysis of your golf swing.

Oakwood offers a full service tennis and pickleball program, on two new outdoor tennis courts and eight new pickleball courts. We offer lessons, clinics, events, and match play opportunities for players of every age and level. Our tennis pro shop offers equipment and merchandise, along with grab and go beverages and snacks. Bring the family to Oakwood’s lake for a relaxing day of fishing, kayaking or paddleboating. We stock the lake with fish and have fishing equipment, kayaks and paddleboats available to rent. FISHING & LAKE ACTIVITIES

The new fitness center is exclusively for Oakwood Members and provides a safe and secure environment for you and other Members to work toward achieving your health and wellness goals. The fitness center is fully equipped with the highest quality Matrix strength training machines and cardiovascular equipment. FITNESS CENTER

Oakwood’s pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day each year. In addition to the main pool, a separate infant/toddler pool is available for your little ones. Food and beverage service is available at the pool. Oakwood competes in the Country Club Swim Association of Kansas City swim and dive competition for children 6 to 18 years of age. A pre-competitive program is available for children under the age of 6. Swim instructors and staff also provide private lessons. SIMPLE RELAXATION AT YOUR PLEASURE

MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

EXECUTIVE GOLF

INITIATION FEE: $20,000 Full privileges to the Club’s facilities, including full access to our Par 3 golf course, swimming pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, hiking trails, fishing pond, clubhouse with multiple dining options and sports bar, all social activities and special events, and two rounds per year as a guest of a golf member on the 18-hole golf course. MONTHLY DUES AND FEES: $425 The Practice Facilities Package provides Executive Golf Members full privileges to our two-tier driving range, TrackMan software and app, Golf Performance Center, short-game area, and 12-hole putting course.

REGULAR GOLF (AGES 40 & ABOVE) MONTHLY DUES AND FEES INDIVIDUAL: $915 FAMILY: $1,050 INITIATION FEE: $95,000 INTERMEDIATE GOLF AGES 35 TO 39 fitness center, hiking trails, fishing pond, clubhouse with multiple dining options and sports bar, all social activities and special events. WEEKDAY GOLF

Access to the Championship 18-hole golf course, driving range, and other golf facilities are as follows: All day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and before 10 a.m. on Friday. No usage of golf facilities at any other time.

INITIATION FEE: $47,500 MONTHLY DUES AND FEES INDIVIDUAL: $515 FAMILY: $575

Family Memberships include applicable privileges for two or more golfers. Individual Memberships include applicable privileges for one golfer only.

Full privileges to the Club’s facilities, including the swimming pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, hiking trails, fishing pond, clubhouse with multiple dining options and sports bar, all social activities and special events throughout the year. Golf and related facilities are not available. CLUBHOUSE ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP MONTHLY DUES AND FEES: $330 INITIATION FEE: $10,000

Non-resident members cannot have any residence, primary or secondary (owned, rented or leased), within 100 miles of Oakwood Country Club. Limited to fifteen (15) rounds of Golf per calendar year (no locker). NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP MONTHLY DUES AND FEES: $235 INITIATION FEE: $10,000

Open to daughters, sons and grandchildren of current Regular Golf Members who have been Members in good standing for a minimum of two (2) years. Upon joining, Heritage Members will assume the dues and fee structure of their respective membership category. HERITAGE MEMBERSHIPS INITIATION FEE: 20% off applicable off applicable membership classification. MONTHLY DUES AND FEES: Applicable to membership classification.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All candidates will be vetted through the normal application process. • The Executive Committee in its sole discretion retains the ability to amend, extend or rescind the terms and number of memberships offered under this program. • Each membership category above has access and privileges in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Club, and as stated herein. • Annual Range Fee includes club storage, handicap and range usage. • Annual Par Three Fee includes access to the Par Three golf course. • Qualification for membership shall be based upon age of oldest spouse. • Staged payments available on Golf Memberships. • Initiation fees, monthly dues, food and beverage minimums, applicable fees and terms may be modified by Club management at anytime. • Initiation fee and monthly dues and fees are subject to applicable Missouri sales tax.
