MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

EXECUTIVE GOLF

INITIATION FEE: $20,000 Full privileges to the Club’s facilities, including full access to our Par 3 golf course, swimming pool, pickleball courts, fitness center, hiking trails, fishing pond, clubhouse with multiple dining options and sports bar, all social activities and special events, and two rounds per year as a guest of a golf member on the 18-hole golf course. MONTHLY DUES AND FEES: $510 The Practice Facilities Package provides Executive Golf Members full privileges to our two-tier driving range, TrackMan software and app, Golf Performance Center, short-game area, and 12-hole putting course.

REGULAR GOLF (AGES 40 & ABOVE) MONTHLY DUES AND FEES FAMILY: $1,280 INITIATION FEE: $110,000 INTERMEDIATE GOLF AGES 35 TO 39 fitness center, hiking trails, fishing pond, clubhouse with multiple dining options and sports bar, all social activities and special events. The following Golf Memberships include full privileges to all of the Club’s amenities and facilities, including the 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, swimming pool, pickleball courts,

WEEKDAY GOLF

Access to the Championship 18-hole golf course, driving range, and other golf facilities are as follows: All day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and before 10 a.m. on Friday. No usage of golf facilities at any other time.

INITIATION FEE: $47,500 MONTHLY DUES AND FEES INDIVIDUAL: $605 FAMILY: $680

Family Memberships include applicable privileges for two or more golfers. Individual Memberships include applicable privileges for one golfer only.
