With that in mind, I have asked our current members to assist in identifying those individuals whom they feel will properly embrace the culture and tradition of our Club and personally invite them to join. I am very excited to showcase Oakwood and all that we offer. By receiving this personal invitation, you are invited to participate in our “Showcase Oakwood Country Club” Preview Membership Initiative, giving you the opportunity to preview the Club and experience one of the finest private clubs in the region. We are very proud of our longstanding tradition and are excited about what the future holds for our extraordinary club. This initiative affords you the opportunity to preview the Club for six consecutive months, without the payment of an upfront initiation fee. During your preview term, you will be responsible for the dues, fees and charges applicable to the category of membership in which you are approved. However, should you make the decision to secure your membership within the first 60 days of your preview relationship, you will enjoy the ability to utilize a generous payment schedule for your applicable initiation fee payment or a special cash price if paid in full, and a monthly Club credit for as much as $150 per month for 12 months to your Club account. We have enclosed all the documents you will need to apply for membership in Oakwood Country Club within the exclusive initiation packet. If you would like to accept this invitation, you will be required to complete and return the enclosed Application for Membership and Preview Relationship Agreement to the Club office. In combination with our completed renovations to the golf course, our range complex includes a 350 yard driving range with target greens, a state of the art Trackman radar system that covers the entire range to allow for high tech analysis of your golf swing.

The new fitness center is exclusively for Oakwood Members and provides a safe and secure environment for you and other Members to work toward achieving your health and wellness goals. The fitness center is fully equipped with the highest quality Matrix strength training machines and cardiovascular equipment. F I TNESS CENTER

Oakwood’s pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day each year. In addition to the main pool, a separate infant/toddler pool is available for your little ones. Food and beverage service is available at the pool. Oakwood competes in the Country Club Swim Association of Kansas City swim and dive competition for children 6 to 18 years of age. Showcase Oakwood Country Club We would like you to experience, first-hand, everything we have to offer at Oakwood Country Club. Our goal is to prove that you belong here and we will do everything we can to make you feel right at home. You will have the privilege of “p reviewing ” the club for six (6) consecutive months, without the payment of an upfront initiation fee. TERMS OF INITIATIVE

• All candidates will be vetted through the normal application process. • The Executive Committee in its sole discretion retains the ability to amend, extend or rescind the terms and number of memberships offered under this program. • Each membership category above has access and privileges in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Club, and as stated herein. • One-time payment per year of $800 for club storage, handicap and golf range. • Qualification for membership shall be based upon age of oldest spouse. • Initiation fees, monthly dues, applicable fees and terms may be modified by Club management at anytime. • Initiation fee and monthly dues and fees are subject to applicable Missouri sales tax.
