Thank you for your interest in Hacienda Golf Club! Tucked away in a beautiful canyon carved out of the La Puente Hills, Hacienda Golf Club provides a year-round private retreat the entire family can enjoy. While we are very proud of our Club’s history, we are even more excited about our future. Two of golf ’ s greatest names, Gene Sarazen and Tiger Woods, have both held Hacienda’s course record, Sarazen in 1923 and Woods in 1994. As we look toward the future, we are making significant investments in facility improvements, which will further enhance the membership experience our Members enjoy. While the centerpiece of our club is the 18 holes of championship golf that winds through the canyon with stunning views, our Members also enjoy superb food and beverage services, family and junior programming and our newly completed Social and Wellness areas. With new upgrades to our pool area to include private cabanas, yard games and poolside food and beverage service, you may never want to leave! Additionally, we recently completed our open air outdoor fitness area that includes a variety of equipment that will help you reach your fitness goals. We have enclosed all the information you will need within this booklet to begin exploring what the Hacienda Golf Club lifestyle experience is all about. HACIENDA GOLF CLUB Preview Membership Initiative

We are very excited to introduce the Preview Membership Initiative, providing an excellent opportunity for your friends and family to join Hacienda Golf Club with valuable incentives, highlighted below.

Apply for a preview relationship at the Hacienda Golf Club for 12 months and pay no upfront initiation fee, regardless of membership category. During the preview period, your friends and family will have full access to all club membership benefits. Their only responsibil ity will be the applicable dues, fees and charges for their category. Preview Hacienda Golf Club While they have until the end of the 12-month preview term to secure a membership at your full initiation pricing, friends and family can take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a preferred initiation fee if they join the Club within the first 60 days of membership. Preferred Initiation Fee By choosing to take advantage of the preferred initiation fee within 60 days of membership, friends and family will be able to pay their applicable initiation fees with a convenient staged payment schedule according to the following timing and percentages: Convenient Staged Payments 50% due within 60 days of joining; 50% due on or before 1 st anniversary If your friends and family join the Club within the first 60 days of their membership, they will receive a monthly credit depending on the category of approved membership for 24 months. MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The spouse of a Young Executive Member and the unmarried children of such Member and children under the age of 25 shall be permitted to use all facilities of the Club upon such terms and conditions as the Board shall prescribe. This membership is non-equity, and non-voting. Bermuda Dunes Country Club

Equity members at each Club will have limited golf and dining privileges at the other clubswithin the Collection for no additional fees or dues. The program provides equity members at each club the privilege of twelve (12) times per calendar year at each participating Club with a maximum of two (2) times in any given month. All tee times must be arranged through the personnel at each Club’s Golf Shop. Members will not pay green fees or reciprocal accounting charges; however, they will be responsible for all other charges, e.g. golf cart fees, guest fees, food and beverage purchases, merchandise, etc. A member may bring guests to the other Clubs provided they pay the appropriate guest fee and abide by the host Club’s rules and regulations as they pertain to having guests. Access may be limited by each Club depending on tee-time availability and other events.
