How was the price of $125,000 determined to be viewed as a good investment for those who are interested in a membership? If you use the Full Membership annual dues to run a simple mathematical calculation we believe you will readily see the financial benefits. The dues shown in this very simple calculation do not reflect any price increases in dues that will obviously occur over the next 12 years. Annual Dues: Approximately $10,000 x 12.5 years = $125,000 If you remain a member for more than 12 years you enjoy an enormous return on this investment each year thereafter. And, that does not take into account the one-time “Generational Transfer” that can make this membership a 50 plus year opportunity for you and your family! How does the ‘Generational Element’ of the Membership work? The membership may be passed down to one immediate family member designee. The designee may be a son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter. This is a one time only transfer. Do Ambassador Lifetime Members enjoy “Preferred Tee Times”? Ambassador Lifetime members will be able reserve their starting times up to 30 days in advance. Other TPC memberships will have, at most, a 21 day advance tee time opportunity. What fees will I pay as an Ambassador Lifetime Member? Ambassador Lifetime Member’s are obligated to cart fees, guest green fees and all charges made during your term of membership.
