It’s not often we have the opportunity to witness such a grand transformation up close and personal. As we get closer to the completion of the many different projects, the anticipation and excitement will continue to grow. How was the price of $125,000 determined to be viewed as a good investment for those who are interested in a membership? If you use the Full Membership annual dues to run a simple mathematical calculation we believe you will readily see the financial benefits. The dues shown in this very simple calculation do not reflect any price increases in dues that will obviously occur over the next 12 years. Annual Dues: Approximately $10,000 x 12.5 years = $125,000 If you remain a member for more than 12 years you enjoy an enormous return on this investment each year thereafter. And, that does not take into account the one-time “Generational Transfer” that can make this membership a 50 plus year opportunity for you and your family! How does the ‘Generational Element’ of the Membership work? The membership may be passed down to one immediate family member designee. The designee may be a son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter. This is a one time only transfer. Do Ambassador Lifetime Members enjoy “Preferred Tee Times”? Ambassador Lifetime members will be able reserve their starting times up to 30 days in advance. Other TPC memberships will have, at most, a 21 day advance tee time opportunity. What fees will I pay as an Ambassador Lifetime Member? Ambassador Lifetime Member’s are obligated to cart fees, guest green fees and all charges made during your term of membership. Why was this category of membership created? This membership category and strategy are common across the country as a fundraising mechanism. The transformation of Cherokee Country Club into TPC Wisconsin was a formidable investment. The Ambassador Lifetime Membership is designed to be a “win-win” fundraising mechanism for the benefit of the Club and, of course, the significant benefits that are material components of this exciting and very limited membership category for the prospective member. How many Ambassador Lifetime Memberships are you going to sell? We have a fundraising goal of $2,500,000 so we will not be selling any more than twenty (20) Ambassador Lifetime memberships. What if you enjoy more than 20 applications for membership? We will be selling Ambassador Lifetime memberships on a “first come, first sold” basis. If we receive more interest than the 20 Lifetime Memberships that have been allocated we will start a waiting list. Upon acceptance by the Club (Approval of Application), the full initiation fee of $125,000 shall be due and payable. If an applicant is not approved for membership or withdraws their application, those on the waiting list will be eligible for one of the 20 available memberships (chronological order). Does this membership include my spouse/significant other and children? Absolutely yes! The membership provides full and complete access to all elements of membership at TPC Wisconsin to you and your spouse/significant other. The membership also includes your dependent children, living at home, under the age of 25.
